Responsible for building a product strategy and vision to elevate the Falkor blockchain platform to create new market opportunities and product revenues.
Conducted research and market validation identifying a need for the long term retention of application event logs for compliance and digital trust. This validation resulted in the inception of the LogLocker application.
In the primary role of product manager was responsible for developing and executing the Go-to-Market plan for the LogLocker product offer. Other services provided included market and competitor analysis, stakeholders and investors alignment, and working with developers to prioritize product features and capabilities.
Additionally business development and marketing services developed the direct, partner and vendor sales channels for LogLocker together with building extensive Microsoft contact network to promote Byzgen’s ISV solutions now listed on the Microsoft Azure Marketplace.
My product management service built and delivered a Go-to-Market proposition for Automate that was an early LLM application able to build predictive patterns to automate repetitive paper based tasks. The target market for the Automate product was public sector customers seeking business process automation efficiencies.
My service included product validation and feedback, identifying target use cases, developing business cases and the development of sales collateral including business analysis, ROI models, and solution modelling.
As part of the service I was responsible for designing and delivering "Automate - Freedom of Information" that helped government bodies accelerate the response time for FOI requests and automate the process of distribution to the relevant departments. Project also included security accreditations to allow SaaS offer to public sector customers.
